Mr. Sam Pitaro completed his undergraduate studies at York University, earning admission to Osgoode Hall Law School after just two years. He graduated with his law degree from Osgoode Hall in 1994 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996.
Since then, Mr. Pitaro has dedicated his practice exclusively to personal injury law, representing plaintiffs who have suffered injuries.
He has successfully resolved hundreds of cases involving wrongful death and a wide range of serious personal injuries, including brain injuries, paralysis, fractures, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain syndrome, and psychological and psychiatric disabilities.
Beyond advocating for his clients against responsible parties, Mr. Pitaro also assists clients in pursuing statutory accident benefits, short- and long-term disability claims, and Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits. His experience includes representing clients in private mediations, proceedings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal, litigation in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and appeals before Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunals.
Mr. Pitaro is an active member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and The Advocates’ Society.
Mr. Pitaro serves as Of Counsel at Beigi Law. In collaboration with Dr. Beigi, he is committed to advocating for individuals impacted by accidents, providing dedicated legal support and guidance to help them navigate their challenges.
